About Steve

I am an artist and designer, living and working in Northumberland. I combine my love of walking and nature with my art and fill my notebooks with poetic and immersive responses to nature and the world around me.

I offer workshops which mainly focus on how to create your own nature journal ands provide tuition on drawing techniques, painting and observing nature for yourself. The idea is for you to develop your own style and your own way of doing things.

Hosted workshops

If you would like some help with starting your own nature journal check out the dates for the next season of workshops. These are offered through Quirky Workshops, near Penrith, Queens Hall Arts Centre in Hexham as well as other venues.

Cards and Paintings

I sell a range of cards, nature journal kits and paintings through the shop at Queens Hall Arts Centre, Number One Kirkharle, the Artroom gallery in Garstang and other stockists here and there.
